GP Engineering designs and builds process automations and AI agents: voice agents on your phone number and chat agents on your website. From auditing the process to a working system.
We start with the process, not the tool. We only pick a tool once we know exactly what should disappear from your calendar.
We find the places where your team copies data from one window to another, and replace them with a workflow that does it on its own.
An agent that answers the phone on your number or replies on your website. It speaks your customers' language, follows the context and records the outcome in the tools you already use.
The part of the automation people actually touch: a form that starts the workflow, a dashboard for approving decisions, a status page for your customers.
See the scopeThe same layer for work that happens away from a desk: data captured in the field, forms that work offline, tasks assigned by the workflow.
See the scopeWorking in an office? See office automation.
A voice agent takes the calls nobody managed to answer. A chat agent sits on your website and replies when someone asks about your offer at 11 pm. Both finish the same way: with a concrete entry in the tools you work in.
We ask about the process, the volume and the tools involved. If automation won't pay off, we tell you straight away, before we charge anything for analysis.
We map the workflow with the person who runs it every day, then design the solution together with error handling and running costs.
We build a working slice on a small sample. If the approach doesn't hold up, you find out quickly and cheaply.
Launch on real data, documentation, training for your team and monitoring after go-live. APIs change, and we stay on hand when they do.

No layers in between. Every client works directly with one of the founders.

You email or call us, and we set up a short call to understand your process and check whether and how it can be improved. We only prepare a quote after that call.
It depends on the scale: a few days for a simple process, a few weeks for more complex integrations. We always start with a small working prototype before building out the full scope.
Yes. The agent works on a phone number, either a new one or your existing number forwarded to it. It can pick up after hours, when the line is busy, or on every call if you prefer. Each call ends with a note and an entry in the system you use.
It speaks in a natural voice and you can interrupt it mid-sentence. It always introduces itself as an assistant, because we don't pretend it's a person. When a question falls outside what it knows, it passes the call to you instead of making something up.
We price every project individually, after a discovery call, once we know the real scope of work. Agents also have running costs, such as call minutes and model usage, and we estimate those before we build anything.
We choose the architecture to fit your requirements. If personal or confidential data is involved, we use providers that sign a data processing agreement and don't train on your data, and sometimes a setup that runs entirely on your own infrastructure.
Yes. We're based in Krotoszyn, Poland, and work remotely with clients in other countries. Calls happen over Google Meet, and if a project needs it, we travel on site. For businesses in the EU we invoice without Polish VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism.
Every project ends with a period of post-launch support. We monitor how the solution runs and are available if anything needs fixing.
Tell us what the call should cover and pick a time, and we'll call you then. We only quote once we know the real scope of work.
