We build voice agents for your phone number and chat widgets for your website. They speak your customers' language, qualify enquiries, book appointments and finish every conversation with an entry in your system.
Answers calls on a new number or on your existing one, forwarded: after hours, when the line is busy, or from the first ring. It talks in a natural voice, in your customers' language, and lets callers interrupt mid-sentence.
Answers questions about your offer based on your own materials: price list, service descriptions, FAQ. Instead of sending people to a form, it collects contact details and a description of the request during the conversation.
The agent asks the questions you'd have to ask anyway: what it's about, how big, how soon. You receive a written-up request, not a bare number from a missed call.
Checks free slots in the calendar, offers times, books the appointment and sends a confirmation by SMS or email. A reminder the day before cuts down on no-shows.
Opening hours, order status, documents needed, address, payment options. The questions that take up half of all calls and don't need a person.
When a request goes beyond what the agent handles, the conversation comes to you, along with everything already established. The agent doesn't make up answers just to close the call.
Old bots worked on keywords and got lost at the first sentence outside the script. An agent understands what was said, so it asks a follow-up question instead of replying "Sorry, I didn't get that, press 1".
Success isn't a pleasant chat. It's an entry in the calendar, a record in the CRM or a proposal sent. The agent has access to tools and actually does something in them.
We don't pretend it's a person: the agent introduces itself at the start of the call. That's fair to your customers, and it's required by the EU AI Act.
Speech synthesis and recognition run on providers that specialise in real-time conversation, and the number is connected through a VoIP carrier, so you keep your existing number.
Answers are based on your materials, not on the model's general knowledge. We choose the provider to match your data requirements, with a data processing agreement wherever personal data is involved.
Calendar, CRM, spreadsheets, inbox, task boards, connected through n8n or custom integrations depending on the scale and your security requirements.
What the agent does after the call: a CRM entry, a Trello card, a proposal sent. Without a workflow underneath, the agent leaves you with nothing but a transcript.
Learn moreThe website the widget sits on, and a dashboard that shows what the agent has agreed and what is waiting for a person.
Learn moreYes. You can forward your number to the agent entirely or conditionally: after hours, when the line is busy, or when nobody picks up after a few rings. Your number stays the same and customers see no difference.
The agent introduces itself as an assistant at the start of the call. We don't pretend it's a person and we don't recommend doing so. The voice sounds natural and callers can interrupt it mid-sentence, but nobody is misled about who they're talking to.
It passes the call to you, or records the request and promises a callback, depending on what we set in the script. We don't let it invent answers to close the call, and that's one of the things we test before launch.
We price each implementation individually, after a discovery call. The scope depends mainly on the number of integrations and how complex the script is. On top of that come running costs: call minutes, speech synthesis and model usage. We estimate them before we build, so you don't find out after launch that running costs eat the savings.
A simple agent that answers routine questions and books appointments usually takes two to three weeks, from the script to launch. More integrations or unusual processes take longer.
Technically, yes: appointment confirmations, reminders, following up on an old enquiry. Outbound calls to consumers are subject to legal limits on consent for marketing contact, though, and we check those with you before launch.
Your customers' language: English, German, Polish and many others. The agent can detect the caller's language and switch to it. That's a matter of configuration, not a separate project.
We agree what gets recorded and how long it's kept before launch, together with the notice the agent gives at the start of the call. We use providers that sign a data processing agreement and don't train on your data.
Yes. We're based in Krotoszyn, Poland, and work remotely with clients in other countries. Calls happen over Google Meet, and if a project needs it, we travel on site. For businesses in the EU we invoice without Polish VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism.
Tell us what the call should cover and pick a time that suits you — we'll get in touch exactly then. We only quote once we know the real scope of work.
